Patty grew up at Casa Aleluya and has lived here for 22 years, and her husband Tim has served on our staff for 13 years. Living and working in a ministry such as Casa puts tremendous stresses on individuals, marriages and families, and Tim and Patty have experienced these things. Just last week, they were awarded custody of Michelle after 9 years of waiting. This opens the door for them to pursue adoption. The adoption process prohibits them from living or working in a children’s home during that process. They have decided to leave Casa to invest in healing and restoration of their marriage and focus on the adoption of Michelle. They will be departing this weekend. We love them very much and wish them well.
