Minor Orlando

Twenty-five years ago an ambulance arrived with an 18-month old little boy whom the court psychologists determined was mentally handicapped. Dottie just fell in love with him. He could not walk or talk or even sit up.

Patty Ruth who was one of our teenagers at the time asked me if she could have him. She took him to her dorm and in 3 months he was walking, talking and is now a second year university student with excellent grades. He is a special son to Dottie and me. He also assists Josue’ in Telemedicine.

The love of God in Patty’s heart forever changed the course of Orlando’s life. (Minor is what most kids call him. He will be part of Dottie and my plans as we transition to the next level of Casa.
