1 + 1 = 1 (#6)

Sindy II arrived today to begin dialysis and I was called today about another 11 year old, Ofalia, who also needs dialysis. The madison, Al team is building a storage room for Dottie so we can open up the second part of the dialysis addition for more dialysis children. The Mobile, Al team worked all week preparing Angie’s apartment.

Sindy has never been to school and seems to also have vision problems.

1 + 1 = 1 Physically and 1 + 1 = 1 Psychologically and now we will see that 1 + 1 = 1 Spiritually as God has made us Spirit, Soul and Body.

The world would have you to think that you are just a bunch of bones wrapped up in some skin. They will have you believe that you are simply a headful of thoughts and emotions. But we are much, much, much more than that. Ephesians 5 tells me that a husband should love his wife as Jesus loves the church.

That is a spiritual love!! Jesus GAVE Himself for His wife (the church) so we need to give ourselves for our wives and wives need to give themselves for their husbands. It is not about us. It is about one another. This is precisely why God tells us not to marry a non-believer. A non-believer cannot have the love of God in him and therefore cannot love you as Christ loves the church.  See II Corinthians 6:14

I discovered that it is hard for me to love Dottie like that. It is not because she is hard to love but that the problem is ME!!! I love me too much! I am precious to me! And even though you may think I am joking basically everyone is selfish. Most of us grab the latest chicken legion the platter.

Dottie and I both love the forests and camping. Strangely it seems that TICKS could always locate Dottie and they never found me. A tick is a parasite that attaches to a host such as a human or an animal like a dog and sucks and sucks and sucks until it sucks all the blood it possibly can hold.

The problem in marriage is that we have two ticks and no dog!!!
