Our Thoughts #1

What a blessing!!
What a blessing!!

Dottie is making the notes to leave for when we are gone. Larry & Sue returned today and will stay in our home while we are in the states. We purchased enough food for our house for the month.

I have 50 of the more than 70 college students enrolled with their tuition being paid through March so no one will have that burden while I am gone.

Bob will be teaching carpentry to the older boys as part of their education. We also are providing cooking courses, sewing courses, electrical as well as plumbing courses.

It is necessary now by law that we have a certified social worker so Walter will find one. We will hire her only for a year & she will work with Gladys and Analy until Analy is certified. She graduates from the unveristy this Spring.

I am pleased with the school and the work Billy is doing. I feel that we made the correct decision & it will pay off handsomely in the future.

Sindy 1 went to the hospital & her new catheter is working very well so she is so happy to not have to stay there again & suffer more surgery.

Replacement parts are the order of the day. You can purchase replacement parts for everything from automobiles to stove parts and body parts to computer parts. It appears that we can replace anything.

But the one replacement part that is far and above every other part is our need to replace our Thoughts with new parts. Proverbs 23:7 tells us that the way we think is responsible for for our actions.  As Christians we need to exchange our thoughts for His thoughts.

Repentence means to “change your mind” or “have another mind”. IN fact, Philippians 2:5 says “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus”. You are exchanging your thoughts for His thoughts. Isaiah 55:8 “My ways are not your ways”.

Until a Christian decides he is going to replace his thinking by installing the replacement parts of God’s thoughts in their place we will never have all He desires for us.

“Think” about it!!
