Before the choice

Tomorrow all of the dialysis children plus 3 others will have echocardiograms. Karen was scheduled for a kidney biopsy since she is not doing well however her blood pressure is very high so the biopsy will be done tomorrow.

Dottie and I are now purchasing the non-perishable foods for our home and dialysis for the month we will be gone. Josue’ has begun to work on purchasing all of the textbooks for university students while Dottie and I purchase the supplies. Takes a team.

Sebastian has organized a group of 10 staff members, the social workers, the psychologist, dorm personnel, school and medical personnel including Dr. Miguel, Tim and Josue in order to apply 4 hours as necessary to get all of the reams of forms required by the government completed in 6o days

Dottie began physical therapy on her feet.

“If you have no desire to worship the LORD, choose today whom you will worship, whether it be the gods whom your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living. But I and my family will worship the LORD!” Joshua 24:15)

A decision to serve the Lord demands integrity, dedication and discipline: Joshua said to people““Now therefore fear the LORD and serve him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:14

We all live lives of decisions and choices. And each decision has a consequence. A selfish choice affects us as well as our family negatively. A good decision will affect ourselves and our families in a positive way. Rest assured that every decision we make will have consequences–some good and some bad.

Before you make decisions you need to meditate on the Word of God tht is within you after your years of study, reading and listening. Then read the Word seeking scriptures specific to your problem or need. Above all pray before deciding.
