Our plans, His Will

We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps. Life is the sum of all our choices.

My dream in high school was to one day have a home for mentally retarded children. So I studied special education, psychology and math in college earning a doctorate.

But I saw a retarded child chained on his parent´s porch. My heart broke and the rest is history.

It took a while because I got saved and pastored a church.

At 35 years old I came to Guatemala. Not one day have I ever regretted that decision.

Today the entire elementary school went to the Presidential Palace. It is truly an educational experience.
