Mercy and Grace

I went to sleep last night thinking of the difference between MERCY and GRACE. Mercy is God not giving us what we deserve (Hell) whereas Grace is something God gives us that we do not deserve. (Heaven).

One great obstacle to salvation for many people is that they feel they have done something that God can never forgive. We deserve hell but grace says if you confess Christ as Savior you will be given an eternity in heaven which you do not deserve.

We all deserve punishment for the life we have lived but mercy says God will not give us hell and eternal punishment.

I took Dottie on a wheelchair walk around the property which was a good workout for me since there are so many inclines.
