Crazy weather in South Louisiana

My sister, Virginia, and nephew are scheduled to visit us today (Thursday). My sister lives in Baton Rouge and the snow and sleet grounded planes on Wednesday so I am praying they were able to fly today. Just received word from her that they cannot fly out of Baton Rouge so they are canceling their flight due to snow. I have not seen her since before my other sister died early in 2024.

Guatemala continues to have cold weather much of the time.

The last crown is the Crown of Glory which is a crown for ministers, Bible teachers and anyone faithfully longing for His return. We read in I Peter 5:1-4 that we are to feed the flock (the Word), be an example, do not do it for money and all faithful church leaders.

Josue and Estella celebrated their daughter´s birthday by cooking steak for all the children and staff. There were 12 children who also had birthdays in January, so they were singled out and blessed.

There was an assassination of a female army captain in broad daylight Wednesday morning. No one has accepted responsibility.
