First day of school

Friday was the first day of classes for our school. There is always an excitement for the beginning of the school year but my prayer is that they will till be excited in 9 months.

The students from CAG who came yesterday spent the night so that was something we have never done, and the children loved it.

As I preach on what kind of Father is God. I first want to tell you that the Old Testament uses the word Father for God only 7 times whereas the New Testament uses the word Father more than 70 times.

First, God is a passionate Father. Remember when the disciples were in the boat during a storm and Jesus was asleep? They said, ¨Don´t you care? ¨ I am here to tell you that yes He does care.

After more than 60 years as a Christian and experiencing every emotion and problem imaginable I can say that He does care about me, my family, the children at Casa and every aspect of our lives.

Each of our 18 high school students need their own laptop to study at the government school.
