Lucid

The sixth reason for reading the Bible every day is found in Hebrews 4:12 and that is to keep us awake to our spiritual needs. 

Hebrews 4:12 says ¨For the Word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart¨. We need the spiritual food of the Word every day.

In John 7:37-38 Jesus uses water and thirst to talk about spiritual needs. Just like our need for water we need His Word daily.  

Dottie was more lucid this morning than ever so again I thank all of you are praying.

As you pray remember that she has a foot infection from laying in the wrong position too long.
