Doris 1 came to church with her son yesterday. She is studying French and preparing to enter law school. That is such a great accomplishment.

The fourth crown the Lord provides is the crown of life. James 1:12 says Blessed is the man that endures temptation for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life which the Lord promised to those who love Him. If we love God with all our heart we will resist temptation. Satan will do everything he can to get us to fall. We must realize his tricks and his desire to get us to fall to trials and temptations.

Tony and Orlando took Quique out for a birthday lunch.

Adela left for the hospital with Michelle at 4am. Michelle is doing prep work as she will be having surgery on her eye. She is losing sight in her left eye. This is difficult because her last surgery on the right eye was interrupted by her having a seizure. So, the surgeons have a plan this time.

Estefany has learned so much in caring for Dottie and Michelle so that is a blessing as today Adela is gone, and I need help with Dottie. These girls are so filled with God´s love.

Dottie, Estefany and I watched the inauguration of Donald Trump as Presidents. Many of you are like me and realize that we have a very important responsibility to pray for our government leaders at city, parish, state and national levels.
