Stress can kill you

Adela took Michelle to the surgeon who will be doing her eye surgery in March due to allergies. We are all disappointed because this involves her vision.    

Estefany has been learning how to care for Dottie and is doing a great job. Adela and Estefany are wonderful care takers and Tony, Quique and Orlando do the heavy lifting moving Dottie from the bed to the table or bathroom. As they say, “It takes a village”.

Yesterday I mentioned that I do believe God but there are times I need Him to help my unbelief. Worry is unhealthy because it does not change anything and only produces stress. Stress can kill you. It produces a world where God is not present.

James 5:13-16 Says If someone is sick among you call for the elders and pray that they be healed. Could you skip one meal or two on Monday and pray for Debbie and Dottie. Debbie has the same Hakim Adam syndrome that Dottie has. There is power when Christians put their prayers together for those they love.

Tony, our son, came and spent the morning with Dottie and it was just what she needed. They laughed and laughed as they spoke about the past.                       

Estefany has been learning how to care for Dottie. She has a huge heart.
